All of my life, I have always had an interest in creating music. I wrote my very first composition in high school and won a cash award for it, from that moment on, I was hooked.

I attended college at Utah State University, originally as a Choral Music Education major, but found myself graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition. My successes were highly influenced by Dr. F. Dean Madsen, as I found myself studying musical composition with him quite often.

As time progressed, I started writing more instrumental music, but gradually branched out to choral music and music tailored for specific ensembles. Eventually, I made my way to full blown music scores.

I’ve now written over 100 original compositions of various genres; from symphonies and classically arranged choral pieces, to barbershop and ragtime!
